Guess what!

So I decided to come back. How many times am I going to do this? Well, I figured it would be much cheaper to keep my domain and current host for the time being because the hosting package doesn't expire until like.... spring next year, and the domain expires in June. And who wants to see guitarcrash.net sit dead for that long? I sure don't! Plus I'm really cramping for money right now and it'd just be best not to spend the money on a new domain and hosting for right now. I don't pay month to month, so I don't have to worry about those payments. And I just have it easy right now as far as my web site is concerned.

Originally I was going to try Moveable Type. But like, the newer version is like...... waaaaaayyyyy different than the older version and I'm like completely lost. Since Holly uses it I may ask for some tips from her or something. But yeah, so I've got CuteNews for now. I might just stay with it since I'm just so familiar with it and it's just pretty basic and simple. Who knows. If I can get Moveable Type to work out, then I might do that. But we'll see.

So this week has been interesting! Monday I went out and met up with Kendall and Holly to see Hancock. It was a pretty interesting movie. Was pretty funny all the way through. Not the most special movie, but it definitely had some interesting scenes and twists. I think there are better superhero movies....... *cough*Spiderman*cough*. Haha! Sorry, of all superhero movies, I'm a big Spiderman fan. Tobey <3

After the movie was over, we spent probably a good 4 and a half hours talking. LOL! A few times we said we should go, and then kept talking. Haha! It was cool though, we had a great time. Kendall unfortunately didn't stay and hang out with us. Next time she should!! LOL!

After Holly and I parted ways, I headed home where my cousin and I were going to go to the soft opening of this new restaurant out in Southcenter near my Olive Garden. But turns out it was only for employees and close friends and family -- and reservation only. And we drove out there from where we live (which is kinda far). We didn't want to have gone out there for nothing, so I suggested we eat at Olive Garden where I could at least get my discount. At first my cousin was like, "What about Cheesecake Factory?" But it'd probably be more expensive and we wouldn't get a discount like I could get at Olive Garden. So we went in to Olive Garden where I greeted my fellow teammembers. Hehe tongue I only waited about 5 minutes. But like, my cousin went into the restroom. And just as she was in there, Michelle, one of the hosts was ready to seat us. And I said I'd wait for my cousin for a minute. So as I stood there waiting for my cousin to come out, I saw Luke walk up to his counter. I looked over at him, and he looked at me and we just locked eyes love He lit up and smiled and walked over. We talked for a minute, and I told him what our original plans were. Then my cousin and I were there passed 10. So like, we were the last guests to leave. Haha! We spent a good amount of time talking to Felix, who's one of the bussers.

On Tuesday, when I worked. My manager, Clinton, said something that totally was sweet to my ears. He told me that I'm a "pro seater" and he thanked me for helping to keep the restaurant full, that he really appreciates it. Cause like, Sunday was kind of madness. I was the only semi experienced host that was working. The other two were the newbies. So like, they kept messing up. And they were triple seating the servers and the servers were getting pissed off. And then one of them skipped like 4 or 5 parties to seat another party, and she can't be doing that. And Clinton was like, "She just skipped all these parties. Can you take them back? Just take them anywhere." So I had to go around the whole restaurant, find open seats (and keeping watch on how the servers were doing on their other tables) and then seat the parties that she skipped over. It was just a mess. I think Clinton favors me as a host. <3 That's cool. I asked him on Tuesday about being a server, and turns out I have to go to our general manager first. Then she reviews my skills and all my scores and stuff. Then if it looks good and she thinks I qualify enough, then she goes to Clinton (cause he is the service manager) and then if he thinks I qualify enough, he'll talk to me. And then he was like, "If I just promote you, that would show favoritism and we're not suppose to do that." Haha! So if it was just up to him, he would promote me. But because I have to talk to the GM first, he can't just promote me. But that's cool! So I'm gonna talk to her the next time I can.

And yesterday, I was not scheduled to work. But Ingrid said that she could not work her shift so I picked it up for her and she's going to pick up my Friday shift. Which was cool I picked up her shift last night, cause Luke worked yesterday <3 As soon as he saw me, and I said hi to him, I could see his eyes light up and he smiled and said "hey" when I greeted him.

I swear, the more time that goes by, and the more Luke and I get to hang out at work, the more I love him <3 And I think he's starting... if he hasn't already, to like me more. Because I have noticed a change in him in like the last week. I apologized to him for that night out in the parking lot. And my mom thinks that it may have made a difference. Cause I mean I feel better, and he probably does to, cause it has been since I apologized to him that I noticed a change in him. He's been more playful and in a giddy mood. And he lights up now when he sees me. And like on Sunday, before I left, I was so exhausted, tired, and sore cause I was running around not only seating my section, but basically the whole restaurant due to the newbie's mistakes. Luke was helping this woman with To Go, and she wanted some of our fresh grated cheese to take home. So Luke turned to me and was like, "Hey Breanne, can you go in the kitchen and grate some cheese in one of those little plastic cups?" So like, I was so exhausted...my knees hurt, and didn't feel like walking too much. But since he asked me, I was like, "Yeah sure." So I went in the kitchen grabbed a cheese grater and a plastic cup and started grating the cheese. Which by the way, I have never used one of those before so it was really awkward, I didn't know what I was doing and I was making a mess. I eventually filled up the cup. I put a lid on the cup and brought it out. Luke told me the lady was right behind me. And as I turned around to give her the cheese, Luke says to me, "Thanks babe." lovelovelove OMGOSH! HE CALLED ME BABE!!! That totally made my night. I didn't care how much pain my knees were in, Luke called me 'babe'. I am so happy!!! <3 *sigh* Could it be love? Maybe! I certainly am feeling something that I have never felt before. It's so amazing. We'll see what happens.

Well, anywho. I have been up for about an hour. I think I'm gonna eat some breakfast.
