short bio

So basically, my name is Breanne and I live and work in Tukwila, Washington. I was originally raised in California. Mostly southern, in the Los Angeles/Thousand Oaks area. I moved to Washington when I was 13 years old. I could never go back to the hot weather, as I have very much adapted to the Washington weather. I currently am employed at Olive Garden and I very much enjoy it. I get a really good discount!

I started learning graphics and web design when I was about 8 years old. My dad introduced me to it, and ever since I've learned pretty much everything I know on my own with a little bit of education on the side. For a long time I wanted to have a job using a computer. Once I finally had a couple of jobs related, I started to not like it anymore. And I started to desire to not sit behind a computer for 7 hours a day, and instead wanted a job where I am physically laboring and around people. And where I'm currently working, that is exactly what I'm doing and I love it.

beliefs

I grew up in a sort of Christian environment until I was 7 1/2 years old. My mother used to read the bible to me, so I always believed in God in my heart. When I was 11 years old, while I was living with my dad I was really overwhelmed with a lot of childhood drama. I had no real source of comfort that I could confide in other than my cousin and grandparents who I got to visit every once in a while. My mother lived in another state, so I only got to see her twice.. MAYBE three times a year. So when I was 11-years-old, I was visiting my cousin and I started asking her questions about the bible. She told me the gospel and explained a little bit about the Christian faith. That night was the first time I accepted Jesus into my heart and into my life. I finally had the source of comfort that I was looking for.

When I was 13 years old, I moved to Washington with my mother. But after, I really didn't know much about living the life of a Christian. I didn't regularly read my bible, so I really strayed from God. I went through high school with a complete life of sin. Even though I still claimed myself a Christian and kept some decent morals and standards, I still wasn't fully happy. I graduated high school and immediately started into college. Even then, I was thankful to God for the drive to graduate high school even after being kicked out of the first high school I attended. About a year after going to college, my mother and I started getting into the TV show, "Charmed". We were hooked to it. Watching it whenever it was on. Twice a day, then on the weekends. Recording it if we knew we would miss it. After watching it addictivly for a whole summer, my cousin opened our eyes and told us the truth about the show. How the writers of the show are demonologists and that the stuff portrayed in the show is real witchcraft and it's very evil regardless of whether or not they were practicing "good" magic.

After a realization of how evil the show was, and my overall behavior over the years, I fell to my knees one night and begged God for forgiveness. I repented of what I knew was wrong and devoted my life entirely to Jesus that night. I know I'm still not perfect, and I'm always a work-in-progress, but now I have the love of the Lord, God in my heart and I try my best to live a life of righteousness. God has done some amazing works in my life including turning me around from the music I used to listen to. He's given me strength to fight and stand up for myself. He's given me a great passion for ministry in so many different aspects (children, evangelism, music, etc). God has used me in many ways to witnessing; using my weakness for the internet as a way to minister to other people. I know there are some people out there that have been blessed and I have been blessed to know them because in some way God connected us. I love the feeling of God's presence.
